Do I need to have a finished design?

No. A rough idea, inspiration photo, sketch, or description is enough to start. Craftykins Creations will help determine what is practical for the material and process.

When will I hear back?

You can expect a response within 48 hours using the contact method you select on the request form.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround depends on the item, quantity, materials, design complexity, and current workload. Your estimated completion date will be confirmed with your quote before production begins.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Yes. You will receive a proof to approve before production. Please check all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and layout carefully.

Are the prices shown exact?

No. They are loose planning ranges. Your final quote will reflect the exact size, material, quantity, design work, and fulfillment needs of your order.

Can you make several of the same item?

Yes. Team, event, business, gift, and other quantity orders are welcome. Share the number needed and any individual names or sizes so quantity pricing can be included.

Where do you offer pickup or delivery?

Craftykins Creations serves Shelby Township and surrounding areas. Pickup details, local-delivery availability, delivery charges, and shipping options are confirmed for each order.

Do you have a storefront or walk-in hours?

Craftykins Creations is a custom workshop, not a brick-and-mortar retail store. Pickup is by arrangement after your order is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

Most common payment methods are accepted. The available options, payment timing, and any required deposit will be confirmed with your quote.

What files can I send?

The request form accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, and DXF files. Clear, high-resolution artwork usually produces the best result.

Can you accommodate a rush order?

Sometimes. Include your needed-by date in the request. Rush availability depends on materials and workload, and an additional fee may apply.
