When you submit a custom-order request, Craftykins Creations may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, order details, requested date, budget, personalization, reference links, and uploaded artwork or photos. A design-proof response may also include your typed name, approval or change request, comments, and response time. When you submit a review, Craftykins Creations may collect your full name, chosen public display name, email address, rating, review, product type, order confirmation number, publishing permissions, and an optional finished-product photo.

How your information is used

Your information is used to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote and design proof, create and fulfill an approved order, provide customer service, and maintain basic business records.

Uploaded files

Files you upload, and design-proof files Craftykins Creations shares with you, are used to evaluate, create, and approve the custom item you requested. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your order.

Customer reviews

Reviews are checked before publication. Only an approved review, the display name you selected, the product or service named in the review, and a photo you separately authorized and Craftykins Creations selected may appear publicly. Your full name, email address, order confirmation number, and photos not selected for publication remain private. You may ask Craftykins Creations to hide a published review or photo.

Service providers and sharing

Craftykins Creations does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by trusted providers that support website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery, payment, shipping, or order fulfillment. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the business, customers, or website.

How long information is kept

Order information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to complete your request, provide future support, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.
