Custom Order Policy

Custom work is collaborative. This policy keeps the idea, price, proof, timing, and finished piece clear for everyone.

Requests and quotes

Submitting a request does not commit you to an order. Craftykins Creations aims to reply within 48 hours, review what is practical, and provide a final quote and estimated turnaround. Prices shown on the website are planning ranges only. The quote for your specific order controls.

Payment and deposits

Most common payment methods are accepted. The available options, due dates, and any required deposit will be explained with your quote. Depending on the size or materials needed, payment or a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or production begins.

Proof approval

A design proof will be provided when appropriate. Production begins only after you approve the proof and any required payment is received. Please carefully verify spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, placement, and layout. Approval confirms that these details are correct.

Changes and revisions

Reasonable changes may be requested before proof approval. Major design changes, added items, or changes made after approval may affect the price and completion date. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Turnaround and rush requests

Turnaround depends on design complexity, quantity, material availability, and current workload. Timing begins after required details, proof approval, and payment are received. Rush work is subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Cancellations and personalized items

Contact Craftykins Creations as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Costs already incurred for design work, ordered materials, or production may be nonrefundable. Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged after production unless Craftykins Creations made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Materials and appearance

Natural materials, garment batches, filament, finishes, and handmade processes can have small variations. Screen colors may also differ from the finished product. These normal differences are not considered defects.

Customer-provided artwork

By submitting a logo, photo, character, design, or other reference, you confirm that you have permission to share it for the purpose of discussing your order. When a reference needs to be adapted, Craftykins Creations can help turn the idea into an original, production-ready design that fits the requested project.

Pickup, delivery, and shipping

Craftykins Creations is a custom workshop rather than a brick-and-mortar retail store. Pickup is arranged near Shelby Township after an order is complete. Local delivery in surrounding areas and shipping may be available depending on the item. Any delivery or shipping charge, timing, and handling requirements will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Problems with an order

If something appears incorrect or damaged, contact Craftykins Creations promptly with your order details and clear photos. Each concern will be reviewed so an appropriate solution can be determined.
